Overview
Indian Arm Brook Proposed Ecological Reserve is an area nominated by the public for protection under the Wilderness and Ecological Reserves Act.
Whether (and how) to protect Indian Arm Brook is a decision that involves the communities that surround the proposed reserve. WERAC has completed the in-person and online engagements regarding the protection of Indian Arm Brook. The council will review all submissions and report back in the new year.
A warm thank you to all those that submitted comments and took part in the public engagement sessions. Your input is invaluable and shapes the future of Newfoundland and Labrador’s forests, rivers, and wildlife.
